Keeping With The Routine

So today felt like day one of P90X and all I can say is
I still got it!!!
Yes both workouts kicked my butt, but it felt good to be back on track
So my mini goal for this week is to just be consistent. Work out everyday on my workout days
and watch what I eat. Sounds easy, but I have a feeling that I can do it..

    So! How are those workouts going????? Are you seeing any changes an/or improvements????

    Also, I did not know you are from Illinois! What part? I live in Evergreen Park, IL!!!!!! emoticon

    Also, how long did it take for you to see definition in your arms. I am trying to work on my arms to have them like Angela Bassetts or even soft developed ones like Kelly Ripa.

    I think that maybe I am not doing enough times per week, I see the slight definition but not too pronouce. Kim
