Keeping With The Routine

So today felt like day one of P90X and all I can say is
I still got it!!!
Yes both workouts kicked my butt, but it felt good to be back on track
So my mini goal for this week is to just be consistent. Work out everyday on my workout days
and watch what I eat. Sounds easy, but I have a feeling that I can do it..
