i have lifted weights 3 x week for a month now. it is a habit now right. My next streak will be to do cardio 3 x week for 30 mins. It is easier for me to lift weights than get my tail on the gazelle. WHY?? I also have decided that i do not have a set weight i want to be I will exercise and try to eat healthy but i am not going to be obsessed with a number. i will leave my tracker where it is but i will not worry about it. My body is not half bad. I will work on the stomach area and the hips but the rest of me is okay. Weight is just a number. My new years resolution is to log on to spark people every day. it is easier now that i have a lap top and wireless internet.
