2009 is mine!!! Or maybe not!

My last chick has flown the nest! Our youngest was married on December 21st and now we have None! I know, I know, They are never truly gone and thats great, I would perish without my babies! But, it will be different with no children in the house. I have decided that I am going to spend a little special time on Me! Finally after years and years of taking care of others I am not going to feel guily for soaking a little longer in the tub, I am not going to rush through a meal just so the kids won't be late for a meeting, practice, games etc..... I am going to take a little "me" time! My slogan will be;"2009 is mine!!!!!!!" Oh, gosh this sounds so selfish!!!!!!! How can I learn to think about me when I am a natural born caregiver? My son has been married for a little over a week and I've been looking for excuses for family visits and babysitting the grandkids. How do I get past this mind set??? Help!!!!
