happy new year. i am not setting a goal to lose weight. as a matter of fact a number on a scale does not define who i am. I am still lifting weights 3 x a week and getting on the gazelle 3x a week. (unless i walk 5 miles a day at work). my average at work is 2 miles. and i walk really fast and i know my HR goes up. that does count as cardio. I will drink 8 glasses of water a day. not that hard if i make my self do it. i will not let the scale get me depressed. i will eat more fruits and veggies. these are my goals if the scale does not reflect them that is its problem.
