New Year - Starting Over

Today is 1/1/09 and I'm starting over...my weight is 130 (although this time last year I was at 136). I feel really positive that I can get this extra 15 or so within the next two months, if not sooner :)
The holidays, family and food all made for lack of exercise/not watching food intake, which happens to most people. But NOW is the time to kick it back into gear and take care of myself and my body.
I'm NOT going to whine about my weight as it is a "choice" to eat this or that, sleep in and miss workouts, or get up at 5:30am and get the workout in before anyone is awake.
I WILL stay motivated and positive as it's important to me that I am healthy, upbeat and positive and I just feel so much better when I exercise and eat healthy.
Hopefully I can keep this blog updated with things I accomplish/learn along the way.
