Bootcamp Day 2

I signed up last minute for the Spark New You Bootcamp. I did the video yesterday and then today.. it was squats. ouch! LOL But, then I did my 30 min of cardio. I just did a slow walk on the treadmill since my lungs are not yet operating at 100%. I'm also trying the slim fast diet. So far, not so bad. I add a banana to the skake mix and it's pretty dang good.

I don't have a scale right now. So, I know I've gained weight, but not sure how much. I'll weigh myself tomorrow am on my wii and gauge from there.
