Well here i am in my second week of 2009, today's weigh in i had lost 3 lbs wayhay, I am still juicing and i now have the wii fit and i love it i exercise more than i have ever done before it is so much fun, DH started work on monday he is driving a school bus so he has to get up early in the morning and i have decided to do the same so by the time he gets home i have done my exercise and had breakfast, leaving me the chance to exercise again in the afternoon.
So this is my plan for 2009 to get up early and make the most of the day exercise 2-3 x a day on wii get out walking when weather permits, juice mostly breakfast and lunch and then have a balanced evening meal.
I want to get down to 9st 3lb that is what my wii fit tells me i should be with a BMI of 22 so i have a long way to go but i intend to do it before this year is out, my daughter is doing it too so we are in competition with each other and that helps to keep me motivated plus i keep reading Jason Vales slim for life if that don't get me motivated nothing will and the results speak for themselves i started back in november and so far have lost 26 lbs this is going to be a great year i just know it and i will loose all my weight and loose it forever no going back like before it just is not worth it you do all the work to loose it and then you go back to living the way you used to before and before you know it you have gained all the weight back plus some lesson learnt this will be the last time.
