Somedays are harder that others!

Saturday, January 17, 2009

Today has been the 17th day of my new life! Learning to take one day at a time, to eat healthy foods, to exercise to think positive about each step. Being healthy is not easy. Especially if your whole life you were taught to eat fried foods, potatoes, pastas, biscuits, homemade cakes and pies. The South is quite famous for southern cooking and I was taught by the best, my grandmother! She was an awesome cook. But, there was nothing healthy about any of the food we ate then and I kept the tradition alive with my cooking for the past 25 years. I'm relearning and sparks people is a hugh help.
