Bootcamp day 17

I slacked for a few days this weekend. I took Sunday and Monday completely off. ugh. But, I'm getting caught up on the video's. Also, my lungs have really improved. I moved my cardio up to 40 min and did 55 min today. I'm trying to throw in a few min of jogging too. I've NEVER been a runner, so I'd like to be able to run a mile sometime this year. :) My calves end up killing me though.. I'm sure that EVENTUALLY goes away... :)
