Bootcamp Challenge Day

Well, Coach Nichole asked us to write in our blogs today. This is probably something I should do more often as just a way to check on myself. Things have been going well. I love working with the stability ball in the New You Bootcamp ... equipment I have never tried. I've added a lot more exercise to my daily routine because I'm so stuck in a plateau and I can't get out. I'm hoping that by adding my strength exercises I can increase my muscle and burn more fat. I might just be the lowest my body wants to go. I only want to lose about another 8-10lbs, but they are always the hardest. I never give up, so I will keep on trying. I'm not ready to give up counting calories and easing back into a maintenance plan. This is the best I have ever done and any diet program and I want to make sure I'm mentally ready to change stages. It has taken me a year to lose the weight and that is okay!!
