Doing It My Way!

Well I am in my 4th week of P90X
I feel great!
And....... for some reason I want to step up my game this week.
So I may not totally be following my schedule but I am kicking butt and taking
names.

It's only Tuesday and I am starting to rethink P90X
Don't get it twisted
I love this program-------but something inside of me is saying that I need to work harder.
Now I understand that it may sound a little crazy for some of you, because let's face it.
P90X is not a "One Trick Pony."

So here's my goal for this week....Instead of doing the standard recovery week
I am going to do things my way and go from there.

    Hey, Good Luck! Just remember, it's called "Recovery Week" so that your muscles can recover for the next round! You need that recovery to gear up for an even more intense workout routine. Do what you think is best, but remember, all of the hard work shows up in the recovery week!
