okay i am still exercising still eating right and getting my water in but the scale is not moving and my measurements are moving very very slowly. I did read where you should always get 1200 cals and sometimes I could only get 900. i think that may be hurting me. On the plus side i have lost 10 lbs since i started SP and kept it off. I also can see a little definition in my arms and legs, but my clothes fit about the same. I am gonna keep trying though. One day when i least expect it ti will work
