i need help

i put my fitness in today and a message came up and said that i have done more way more fitness and i should change my goals for nutrition. Should i be eating more calories or what i am really not sure what to do. Any advice??

    Mine says that about every week. However, unless you really know how many calories you are burning, I wouldn't worry about it. What I mean is, the fitness tracker tells me I burn 270 or so calories for 20 minutes on the bike. Now, I have used my heart rate monitor while biking and I know I really only burned about 150. Same goes for most of my other forms of exercise. So, unless you know the numbers the fitness tracker are giving you are accurate I wouldn't be too worried about it. Keep up all the good work:)
