Oops, fell some

Yesterday, my husband and I decided at the last minute to take a trip to visit my parents. Well, that turned into us taking my parents to a buffet restaurant to eat. I said I can handle this..just eat salad and maybe a sweet potato. NOT!!
So start over with the correct foods today. Even with the slip yesterday, I was within the range for calories, carbs, fats, and protein .
I was able to get in my most of my exercise in the morning before we left and then only had to complete the elliptical last night. Yesterday I did lower body strength exercises.
Yesterday I walked for 61 minutes, ran for 1 minute (I know, but I am trying), and completed a total of 18 minutes on the elliptical. Burned a total of 502 calories!! WooHoo!
Today I plan to walk for 60 minutes, 12 minutes on the elliptical, and upper body strength exercises. Maybe a little hard to work everything in since it is Sunday and I will be attending church. I will just have to see how the day goes.
