I feel like I did really well yesterday, so I am kind of proud of myself. I stayed within my calorie, carb, fat, and protein guideline numbers by eating wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, turkey, and tuna. I did eat half a serving (24 sticks) of pretzel sticks but stil feel I did good. I also drank 9 cups of water.
I walked for one hour yesterday morning, completed 19 minutes on the elliptical (all at one time, WooHoo!), and did 4 different upper body strength exercises. That was 509 calories burned for the day!
Today, I will again try to eat healthy foods and drink at least 8 cups of water. My plan is to walk for at least 60 minutes, complete at least 19 minutes on the elliptical, and do at least 4 different upper body strength exercises.
I really, really think I am back on the right track again and I am soooo happy! All my friends have been supportive of me and welcomed me back with enthusiasm. How could I ever have left this for so long? Thank you SparkPeople and friends (not just sparkfriends, but friends!)
I might change my name to "Ima Sparkin". LOL
