First Big Oops!

I had done very well as a new Spark member. I am in charge of part of the food today for a large group; I made brownies last night. I woke up early to get them on the tray and wouldn't you know, I sampled.....4 brownies. I can't believe I have put in all this work to blow it by "sneaking" at 5AM these brownies. It was so not worth it. I have entered them into my breakfast. (almost 500 calories)
On a higher note this weekI have really worked out with Leslie S. Today is one of my days off. I am sore and achey, but I presume it is to be expected. Yesterday was the first day I logged in 8 glasses of water. There have been some positive points this first week. Actually there are more positive gains than negative.

    Actually, it sounds like this was a great experience for you! We all have our moments...I ate an ENTIRE GIANT CRUNCH! BAR 2 days ago...but I logged it and moved on. That's the great thing about the Spark lifestyle...you can't really have an OOPS!, just a learning experience. So you learned that perhaps you should have packaged up the brownies the night before while your willpower was still kickin', rather than at 5am...next time you'll know!

    Don't beat yourself up over this. At least you counted it and now move on. Watch it the rest of the day and you will be fine. I will pass on what I have been told, "String more good days than bad days and you will still lose".
