I'm loving this site. Being able to see what I'm eating and track my nutrients all in one place is fantastic. I hope to spend more time checking out the community. The first two weeks after I changed my eating habits I lost ten pounds. I've been in a stall for the past week and it's really frustrating. It's only a stall in numbers, though. My clothes feel better, my energy level is wonderful and I just feel lighter in general. My biggest goal this week (starting today, really) is to drink tons of water. That's been difficult for me, but I found a really cool water bottle and, as stupid as that sounds, it's motivating me.
