Day 3 of my exercise streak. Sundays are always really sedentary for me, but not this Sunday. Today I did 30 minutes of (fun!) strength training exercises on the swiss ball and then 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical trainer. All before noon! I feel fantastic. This site has really motivated me to up my fitness level beyond just eating right.
