Maintaining and doing terrible

I have been maintaining for the last six months and have gained back 12 lbs and
feel terrible. My new pants don't fit me now and I am really ticked off. I pulled
my exercise bike out of the garage and put it in my house so I can get back on it
and work out. I am determined to lose these 12 lbs by May and I know I can do it
Good to be back at Sparkpeople again I need all the help I can get

    You will get rid of those lbs again. I gained my weight back too during Dec. when I couldn't exercise. We will do this. Mary :)

    Hey Starr! I've missed ya! I too lost 40 pounds and gained back ten and can't seem to get that scale to move. I am gettin back in the game too. We can do it together!

    Well the good thing is that you've put a plan in motion to stop the gain and get back on track with it. That's the hardest part but the best thing you can do.

    Hello ,

    I too have regained again, and I realized too that I was eating more and cut back on the exercises. Started spark people again and read the important news of what our bodies do when our calories are cut down. So it's no wonder that so many of us gain again. JUst have patience and remember protein and less fat and carbs too. You are on a life time journey and one day at a time. You are going to lose again too. emoticon
