March 2009 starting over again

Ok so I have not been logging my food or following my plan like I should. I think starting Monday morning I will start logging again and trying to exercise more. I have kept the weight off that I have lost. So I guess Ive done ok...but I think I do way better when I log.

    The trouble I find with not logging my food intake is that I don't stay as aware of what I'm eating and then whooooops the scale creeps up. That's not as true with the exercise, but the food log is invaluable to me. We all have to find our way. If your maintaining then "maybe" it's okay for you. You know how to do it right, don't start gaining again and undo all the work you have already accomplished.

    If it is not a life changing way of eating, then there's a great possiblity that you could gain it all back. I am praying that my change is for lifestyle and not just for the moment. Good Luck~Cissy
