Weight Training today: 3 Sets X 15 & 12 Reps

1. Hip drops : ( Firms, front & Side Abs
2. DB Chest Flyes / W/ Leg Lift: Works Chest, Abs, Hips
3. Full Body Roll Ups /W/ 5 LB DB : Works ABS
4. Breast Strokes /W/ Leg Lift: Works Upper & Middle back
5. Roll Back /W/ twists & 5 LB DB : Works Front & Side ABS

6. Pile squats /W/ Bicep curls: used heavy Weights ( 20 LBS & 8 Reps ) 3 Sets
7. Forward Lunges /W/ Shoulder presses & Knee Lifts
8. Squat /W/ Straight Arm Pressbacks / &/ Leg Lift back
9. Bent Over Row /W/ Hammer Curls
10. Curtsy Lat Raise /W/ Leg Lift Out To Side

Squats /Body Weight : 80 Reps
Rear leg Lifts /ON /Ball : 45 Reps per Leg
Deadlifts /W/ Barbell /20 LBS : 30 Reps ( 1 Set /W/ A Row Added )
Single DB Rows : 45 Reps per side
Dips /W/ Legs straight : 60 Reps /On A High Stepper
Kickbacks / 10 LB DB/ : 45 Reps per side
Lateral Lunges / Body Weight : 60 Reps per side
"The Perfect Push Up " Used: 72 Reps

Crunches/Variety : 550
Jump Rope For : 10 Minutes
Step - Ups : 200 /On A High Stepper
Jacks / On/ Floor : 300

Walked My Rocky This Morning & After Dinner Total For The Day : 75 Minutes

Well That Was My Day Today. Tomorrow I have Errands To Do, So I decided To Combine Strength & Cardio At It's Fullest Today.
I Will be Doing Quite A Bit Of walking On Wednesday, So that's Good. I Will Make It Into A Workout For Myself. I know When I get Home I'll Be To Tired To Exercise. This Will have To Do. People In The Stores Must Think I'm Nuts. One Day I have To Spill The Beans & tell You
What I Do to Exercise In The Stores.
You Know What? I Don't Care What They Think!

    Great workout Lee and like me you get you exercise more to counteract when you're too busy.
    In store exercises! The mind boggles.
    You pick up water bottles/ tins of Beans and do bicep curls?
    You hit the deck and do 50 push ups?
    You jog down the aisles?
    Run up and down the stairs?
    Do step ups on the steps?
    I give up. Pray tell, I'm on tender hooks now! emoticon
