How th h$?? did this happen???

I started the gym last week Wednesday and the gym scale said I weigh 162.2 tell me why last night when I went at the gym back on the scale again it tells me 165.8?? Girl I was furious right there I wanted to stop going. I would rather if the scale didnt move than it going up. How comes I exercise exercise 5 days out of 7 and gain weight? I'm here trying to convince myself that its muscle and not weight. But when I look at my stomack I think thats where the fat went. I wanted to loose 10 lbs by May 18 and it dont even seems as if I'm going to. I need to get on a strick eatting habbit now because I cant go around like this. Its not even like I'm not trying I am. I even dont do school work to go to the gym and now this???????? Yes I know you can loose inches but not when the scale is going up and you see yourself getting bigger?
This is the same reason why I top working out last year. It seems as if when I work out I work out only to get fitter and not breathless so easily but what happens to the body? I want to go outside in the summer time and not have the belly hanging out. Dont get me wrong I want to be ffit too but I want to see where what I'm doing is paying off. I just started the gym so lets see if I can still accomplish my goal.
DO that mean I dont go on the scale until May 15th???????
