Beginning Something New!

I decided to joined, "The Sweatshirt To Swimsuit Boot Camp Challenge", by Coach Nicole.
It starts on May 3rd, this Sunday.
Coach Nicole already sent to the team the first workout. It's a 10 minute cardio blast kickboxing. My favorite cardio workout to do, besides riding my bicycle.
So I will be busy daily with the the Swimsuit Challenge. I'm hoping to lose some inches around my waist & thighs. The hardest places to lose.
I know the workouts, most likely will consist of resistance bands, stability ball, and weights.
I'm really looking forward to the Swimsuit Challenge. Your all welcome to join in if you want.
