I want to loose 15 pounds and tone my body at the same time. How do I go about about doing that without the scale going up? Two weeks ago when I joined the gym instead of the scale going down it went up. I was so upset and felt like giving up but I didn't I continue to work out because I taught the scale was wrong. Now I'm back to my weight now when I just joined because I stop lifting weights and doing all the other equipments in the gym. What I do now is walk on the treadmill and ride the bike. I just add running on the treadmill in my working.
What else can I do to loose the weight and tone my body at the same time without gaining weight?
