Day 2 of "The Sweatsuit To Swimsuit Bootcamp Challenge" 5/4

Today , Monday, I completed the 2nd day of "The Swimsuit Bootcamp". It consisted of a Lower body Workout /W/ Bands.
I did ( 3 Sets and 15 reps per set )
I also walked for 75 minutes and did jumping jacks on my trampoline in the late morning.
This morning, after my bootcamp, which didn't take long, I did some spinning, while watching the reruns of "Desperate Housewives".
I also did some crunches, squats, planks/variety, and push-ups.
