Hi everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been on in a week or so. I have lost 4 more pounds, which I'm happy about. I haven't really been hitting it real hard; just cutting back. I have not started exercising yet. For some reason, this has become very difficult. I can't pin down a time to "start" the exercise program. I'm going to though! I'm determined.
I'm still struggling with emotional eating. It's like there's a big hole there and I just have to eat as much as I can as quickly as I can in order to close the hole. This is a problem I will have to find a solution to; or a management tool for. Suggestions are welcome.
