Help - I need a kick in the butt!

emoticon Well my computer went down while we were on the week two of Sweatpants to Swimsuit challenge-there went my motivation and I have been slacking again - still a little has stood in my head as far as drinking my water but I fell back to drinking soda- had two in one day! Monday starting a new week again- and again and again - a big struggle so lets see who is going to win this fight my body or my mind! I have no excuses today not to do my walking DVD because I stood home from work today and no one is here - although it is like 90 decrees out side - Ok I will do it - I will get off and do it right now- Have to be a strong person for Deanna -she needs motivation - come on Deanna don't give up and I wont either!

    I'm lucky enough to have 2 little dogs that get me walking them every day. I'll come home from work, tired and ready to put off my exercise. Their little eager faces get me outside walking them. I'll start saying just 15 minutes around a couple of blocks, but then I'll wake up a little and usually go 30. Have to confess, when I'm on the exercise bike, I haven't gotten up to getting a second wind yet.

    I feel like that right now. The whole exercise thing sucks to me. I wish that i could just press a button and TADA! weight loss is here. I sooooooooooooooo suck!

    Tell yourself only 15 minutes and then I'll do what I want. Try that a few times it does work. And then after the 15 minutes, if you can do another 15. Every little bit counts. emoticon
