Training Run #12

Ran again yesterday. Don't worry, I took a day off in between runs and will take at least another 3 days off between this one and my first run next week. My achilles is still sore and my pedometer watch is still a little off. It recorded that I ran .25 miles more than I did. I really need to figure out my average stride length and input it into the watch. At one point it was saying I was running 6 minute miles, and I am not an Olympian. It was great weather, a little hot, I got a cramp which has never happened since I've started training. I have to watch what I eat before, and make sure I drink enough before my runs now that it is getting warmer.

    also try eating a banana before you run....... the potassium helps prevent cramps.. a small glass of 100% orange juice is good too.....
