boot camp wrap up

So 30 days of hard work has finally come to an end. It's time to show the results. I'm proud of myself for not giving up. I went from barely fitting in 90 min of cardio a week to doing at least 120 usually more, every week for 4 weeks! And daily strength training! This was a great kick start to getting me moving!



Inches Lost:
.5 inch bust
1 inch hips
1 inch waist
.5 inch thigh

and....4 pounds!

I am happy there is something to show for all this hard work, but it's just a little disappointing. I expected to be further along with my progress, and my weight chart has a big red line across it telling me I'm not on track to meet my goal, I chose to reduce my weight loss goal by 10 pounds, and they made me extend my goal date by 30 days, and I'm still not on track???

Tomorrow is a new day and a new month, another day to make more progress!
