I had a really good exercise day today. It sure didn't start out that way. I woke up late this morning, and I only had time for a quick 15 minute walk. Knowing my time was limited I really pushed myself.

Tonight, I was ready to dedicate a good portion of my night to the treadmill. It ended up around 110 Minutes, in which time I walked 5+ miles and burned like 700 calories.

I try to have a couple days like this a week, mixed in with my 1-2 mile days.
