Thursday Weigh In Day

This morning was weigh in day. It turned into a good week. I was down 4 pounds, and several inches. I know that I should try to slow down the weightloss, but I can't imagine trying to fit anymore food into my day.
As it is with a 1400 minimum range, I usually hover around the minimum and feel quite satisfied. I guess I tend to look at the Maximum as for "special" occasions.
On the other hand, I don't want to deprive myself and put my body into starvation mode, and yet most of the warnings about that are if you eat under 1200 calories.
I guess I will need to study that more indepth...
