emoticon Time is just flying by and it was like the end of February that I started looking at Sparks website - now 4 months later and I am still the same weight (up and down a pound or two) but noticed I have gained in my thighs and stomach. Can tell with clothes. So now I have to actually sit myself down and really get down to business and really set my mind to go about my plan on losing weight- what the real deal here is "what do I really want -do I really want to lose weight or just whine that I need to lose weight?" I know I dream of myself walking or exercising yet I can get up and in my head keep telling myself and yet not do it- the motivation is not there - so a little goal - my friend is getting married in August - that gives me 3 months and if I can lose 10 lbs- anywhere to one to two lbs a week that would be a start- my stepper is broken and needs to get fixed- my computer broke and now I am using this old one which doesn't show the videos on here so that is another deterrent and my daughter who was my inspiration is fallen and trying to get up - not good ok so now I will take the lead and go forth! I will start with square one tomorrow with measuring and weighing myself and learn how to input my food intake and exercise by going through the step of instructions- I will do what I need to do to get this done - DONE!

    Hey...break it down.. for the next meal make it healthy before you eat any junk.. do a little more everyday... walk a little farther etc. just make a conscious effort to make a little change in the right direction and it will get easier.. try to be your own best friend and staunchest supporter and stay positive.. turn negatives into positives. . attitude is everything!

    You have to decide that you want to get lighter, and then apply yourself, take no prisoners, accept no excuses. Check out my spark page, see the dietary guidelines my doc gave me, pretty tight, but I appled some of it, and lost 65lbs, have kept most of it off, even going through serious illness, if I can do this, anyone can, I am lazy, and I love food, bad combo. LOL
