Time is just flying by and it was like the end of February that I started looking at Sparks website - now 4 months later and I am still the same weight (up and down a pound or two) but noticed I have gained in my thighs and stomach. Can tell with clothes. So now I have to actually sit myself down and really get down to business and really set my mind to go about my plan on losing weight- what the real deal here is "what do I really want -do I really want to lose weight or just whine that I need to lose weight?" I know I dream of myself walking or exercising yet I can get up and in my head keep telling myself and yet not do it- the motivation is not there - so a little goal - my friend is getting married in August - that gives me 3 months and if I can lose 10 lbs- anywhere to one to two lbs a week that would be a start- my stepper is broken and needs to get fixed- my computer broke and now I am using this old one which doesn't show the videos on here so that is another deterrent and my daughter who was my inspiration is fallen and trying to get up - not good ok so now I will take the lead and go forth! I will start with square one tomorrow with measuring and weighing myself and learn how to input my food intake and exercise by going through the step of instructions- I will do what I need to do to get this done - DONE!
