Based on comments from all my lovely Spark Friends I have decided to take a week and track all my food (however humbling that may be). I started friday morning (yesterday) and will track through thursday of this coming week. I will repeat - I hate tracking. But, I can see where it might be useful in seeing what I might be over in or lacking in. Anyone is welcome to look at my tracker, but I warn you - my food from yesterday and today was not good... weekend eating. But this week will be much better. BTW - If you DO happen to look at my tracker from today... I don't know WHAT possessed me to eat three brownies. But I am not going to beat myself up about it - I will move on and have a great week.
Also - after a frustrating week having to lose 10 pounds gained from last weekend, I finally stepped on the scale this morning just out of curiosity - and finally hit 268 - my 35 pound goal!!!! Just wanted to share that with ya'll...
