Still trying

Well, today I tried to really take in a lot of my nutrition needs at breakfast. Then continued on at lunch to really fill up. I still didn't meet all of my goals and yet I felt really stuffed. I think my goals are maybe set too high. I am not as active as some so maybe don't require as much. I think I do better losing when I don't concentrate so much on all of that. I am not looking forward to this week end's weigh day!.

    Have you heard the old saying, "Eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, and Dinner like a Pauper"? I've always thought this was appropriate. So, hope it will work for you, Arlene. You know your body better than anyone, but sometimes you have to experiment and prove to yourself what works and what doesn't. Once you find the magic formula, let me know!! emoticon

    Hopefully you have a good surprise waiting for you on weigh day. Good job on trying to get as much nutrition in as possible. Sometimes that's a tall order to fill and it doesn't always work. But great job on trying!
