Well, today I tried to really take in a lot of my nutrition needs at breakfast. Then continued on at lunch to really fill up. I still didn't meet all of my goals and yet I felt really stuffed. I think my goals are maybe set too high. I am not as active as some so maybe don't require as much. I think I do better losing when I don't concentrate so much on all of that. I am not looking forward to this week end's weigh day!.
