140s baby!!!

Friday, June 19, 2009

i have been stuck at 150 for what feels like an eternity....and on monday, i had finally made it down to 149.8 and was so happy, yet still a little bummed because i was going to an amusement park with my husband that day and i knew i wouldn't be eating the best foods while there (which i didn't, i totally splurged! lol) and so then the next morning i was back at 150 and stayed there for the next few days....until today! today i was 149 exactly! and it feels good! now i just have to make sure it goes down instead of up! i am 2 lbs away from my first goal of losing 100 lbs!!!!! and only 7 away from my spark people goal of 142...although i think i am going to make it more like 135 in the end...we will see!

Congrats! You really are an inspiration! I've been battling with myself over not having enough motivation to stick to my goals. Reading your blog has given me the kick in the rear that I needed. Look how much you have done in not even a year because you did not give up! Thanks for setting such an awesome example! emoticon
