I KNOW I SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT!!!

Weigh once a week on the same day! Don't get discouraged! Don't be impatient! Well, I did weigh last Friday, and I was up 6/10ths of a lb. (Damned digital scale!!!) I know, I know....DON'T GET DISCOURAGED, IT IS PROBABLY WATER!
Well, this morning before hopping into a "cold shower"....(no hot water, because the hot water tank started leaking night before last) I hopped on to the scale. I was down 6/10ths of a lb and actually down from previous week by 1 lb 2/10ths of a lb. I know I should not have done it, but I weighed and recorded it, just for my own sanity.
I am trying!
I know that everyone has a plateau, but "this early in the game"? I look at the graphic line where "I should be" and the little bubbles where I am, and since I am a results oriented person, I think....Geeeeezzzz! Failure??!!
Okay, Failure is Not an Option!! I know, I know, don't remind me!
This whole journey has been a "reality journey" for me. No more thinking I can take off 2 lbs a week....I have to record everything I eat, and really examine what it takes to maintain the body. Who's kidding whom, here?
I know I should not have done it, but I did and I am glad...................
