Finding Motivation

I'm still getting use to all of this just thought I would figure things out today.
I hate the fact that it's the summer and I should be eating better and working out more but I have found that I'm more lazy and have no desire to do anything. I need to get more motivated!
Does anyone else find this problem, or is it just me?
Any ideas on how to get motivated?

    I didn't read your watermelon post, but FYI, eating lots of watermelon will temporarily make the scale say at the same weight. You will be carrying around some water weight if you eat a lot. I ate a ton for about 3 days and couldn't figure out why the scale read so high. But as soon as I quit eating the watermelon the weight went away very quickly.

    Sounds dumb, but that's what happened.

    MOTIVATION: Get on sparkpeople when you don't feel like exercising. Go buy some new workout videos. I read a quote the other day that was something like, "If you had started working out the moment you first thought about it you would have been done by now." That really puts things in perspective. Make yourself do it. It gets easier over time. I'm on week four right now.
