Not as much this week but every little bit helps. I lost 3/4 of a pound. But slow and steady is the ticket. And I am never feeling deprived as far as eating is concerned. In all the years I have 'dieted' I have never felt this free about it. Having the nutrition tracker is such a big help as I can see what I have done wrong, if anything. I really think that this time I am not 'on a diet' but on a course of learning to eat healthy. A new way of life that will continue on once I have reached my final goal so that it will never come back again.
I do need to start the fitness side of it. I belong to a fitness center so need to start going there. If I can't do a lot, I know I can at least do the water aerobics. I did go to the local water park with my grand daughter this week and did some exercises then.
I used to have an exercise bike but it was taking up so much room (and only got attention when it was time to dust it) so I gave it to my daughter. That was before I joined Sparks and started my journey to healthy living. But I can use the bikes at my fitness center and maybe some day I will invest in another one or ask my daughter for mine back.
Well, my little chihuahua is begging for some TLC so guess I better get going.
