Back to Basics!

So I have lost a little over 5lbs since restarting my low-carb diet a little over 2 weeks ago. It's funny I told my husband that the diet wasn't working for me so I started to write everything that I put in my mouth down, and after 3 weeks switch my diet. Well in proving him wrong I have proved myself wrong lol. Sure sucks for my pride so to speak but great for my health/weight. I didn't get into an exercise routine until yesterday I decided i'm going back to basics. Walking has always been an important key factor in my journey through weight loss each time I have tried to lose weight. Each time I chose walking as my exercise it has worked for me. I'm doing something simple for now walking 2 miles any day I have time. I don't want to set a certain day for walking because I don't want to get myself down if I don't get to do it one day. This is not to say the workout DVD's don't work b/c I know they do. So that's my revelation haha.
