Losing weight requires discipline. I have learned that this month. I have come such a long way in 7.5 weeks. I have met a great workout buddy and am 1 session shy of finishing off my trainer lessons at Bally's. I am working on a fitness binder that I hope to start using September 1st, 2009 and I feel and look great. I have lost 10lbs and my skin looks great and clothes are looking better on. My body is firmer too. I am so grateful for this site. I am about to take some before pictures to compare to the pics I'll take in a month or so. Wish me luck 160lbs, here I come.
