This past week

Last Friday, I recieved a call from my doctor and had to go back in for a consult. I knew that it could not be cancer, those tests were done earlier and I had the results. It had to be my thyroid(no big deal would be just an up dose), diabetes or high choelestrol. I was so angry and blew off the exercise for Saturday. Monday I was sort of back on track. Tuesday I find out my cholestrol was out of control and I needed to go on medication.

I was just about out of control. I bought food that had not been seen on my table forever. Apple fritters, fried covered in sugar icing. 1 eaten before I came to the boards and posted on my favorite group. I then put the other one away. I was back on track with only 1 missed exercise period and 1 yucky food morning.

Because I am both post menopausal and hypothyroid, I figured if I had lost a pound I would sing God's praises. I lost 4. I lost 4 on my 12 week anniversity. I have celebrated on nearly every board I regularly post on and some I don't.

Thank you Sparkpeople. Praise God for this small blessing.

    I did it all 3 days and added 4 exercises the last 2 days. I am doing it. I don't nessisarily like it but I am doing it. Today my mid section is sore. I am going to have to change or see about modifying the isometics. My shoulder on my right side is not up to holding anything for 30 seconds.

    We will see.
