What Motivates Me to Workout

Well when I was working out, I've had to stop because of an injury, several factors gave me motivation to continue:
1. How working out made me feel, a little happy, a little sore, a lot stronger, and pride for being able to accomplish something that was sometimes difficult, all at the same time.
2. My music on my IPod, that always got me going. It was to the point where I couldn't wait to strap that thing to my arm and start running or cycling, sometimes my play list even pushed me to go farther than I was planning to.
3. The thought that I could eat or drink just a little bit more that night. I know, not a great motivator but it worked for me!
