I am a carbohydrate junkie and today was one of those days when I craved sugar. So, I decided to go for it and although I stayed below my recommended calories, let's say I didn't eat in a healthy way. For dinner, I had a small roast beef sandwich and 2 (yes 2) skinny cow mint ice cream sandwiches plus one frozen strawberry yogurt bar. So I ate 3 ice cream treats for dinner instead of healthy calories. The sad thing is I could've eaten a couple more quite easily. But I didn't. Luckily for me, these treats don't have many calories considering, but they still have lots of sugar.
No wonder my weight seems stuck these days. I really need to start eating more protein and less carbs, but it's hard. I really do just crave carbs.
Anyone else like me out there?
