Prompt: Do you enjoy exercising? Why/why not?

I DO enjoy exercising. I don't know why I dread it some days. When the weather is bad, I don't like to get out, but I still have a gym membership to fall back on. Some days it just takes so much more to drag myself out of a chair...

Once I get going though, and for the rest of the day after I'm done, I feel SO good! I put on some music and blast my way through, a good song can really get me pumpin. Group classes and activities always make it even more enjoyable too (provided that it's something that doesn't require too much coordination - LOL!).

    The one activity I genuinely enjoy is cycling. I love cycling, in fact, even if it wasn't good for me I'd still want to do it. I would cycle just to cycle rather than to reach other goals.

    Other activities are more of a drag for me. The thing I like about strength training is the results. No other activity produces noticeable results faster (for me anyone). The thing that gets me through cardio is music. This is the only time in my day when I can listen to the kind of muisc I like as loud as I like it. Music motivates me into an exercize frenzy. Without music the idea of 20 minutes on a stepper sounds like torture.
