that is exactly how i feel I am tired all of the time and cranky. I have decided that I am not gonna make any more excuses I may be tired but if i can get up and go to work then i can exercise. I may lose weight when I go on the Cpap machine but i still have to exercise and eat right starting now.

    You should check out Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. There are three levels of intensity, and each one is only 20 minutes. It's not the easiest thing in the world, but I kept thinking to myself, you can do this for 20 minutes.
