I cannot afford a gym. I am currently not working. I am having real trouble just getting the 4 that I am suppose to do. How do I motivate myself to do it? Why do I have so much trouble figureing it out? I saw good results when I was doing the exercises faithfully. Yet, it is the single hardest thing for me to do on a regular basis. I have the stats to prove it. Yeah, I am whining. I know, I know. I just don't know where or when or why. Now I am going to go do todays as soon as I finish this days work up.
