It was difficult to make it through Halloween with a bucket of candy sitting at the front door but somehow I managed to get through the day. The article I read on sparks said to resist the temptation altogether if yo know you couldn't stop at just one. Well for me this worked because I want to look good in my wedding dress in 27 days.

Keep up the good work. Halloween was hard but not as much as my son's wedding this weekend. It was out of town so I was out of my element and routine. So glad to be home and getting back into my routine. 2 down and one more wedding to go in Jan.
