Despite this awful respiratory illness this past week, I still managed to surpass my exercise goal! Today I am feeling a bit more confident about my new start. There were a couple days I couldn't exercise due to breathing issues, but tried to make up for it when I could. Its a baby step, but at least I am getting back into an exercise routine again. I even talked myself into doing it days I just didn't feel like it...and that felt good!

This week's goals are to continue with the exercise, and to try to meet nutrition goals. Those have been difficult as I don't feel much like eating, and have not been eating as much as I should. I am trying to make good choice however. Sooo..this week, the nutrition tracker daily and completely is my goal. I have been avoiding the computer, since being ill it is easy to sit there for far too long.

    well done! but remember when ill you need lots of rest to get better. So missing a day or 2 of exercise is ok.
