Consistent Progress

Well for todays weigh-in, I broke my first "10" increment. I had decided to mark my progress with small goals...like each breaking the next "10 barrier" on the scale. Everytime I tried to do this I seemed to focus on the big number I had to lose, and that proved to be so discouraging and self-defeating. "10" is so much more do-able! I've made it this far too many times to count....but this time I'm going further.....I know I can do it! I realized this morning that I am becoming "addicted" to my morning exercise again...and it feels so good! Nooo...make that I feel good! :)
