So its Monday and I am feeling a little confused and frustrated about how I should go about my workouts.
Let me explain my frustration first:
A couple of weeks ago, I was enjoying P90X--now for some of you doing the workouts--you know what I am talking about. So the weekend rolls around and I have a small family barbecue at my house which turned out great---but...On Monday I go to my tv to put my p90X dvd in the player and not only is my workout missing--but the whole P90X set is gone, so what do I do???
I call everyone who was at my house and ask them if they took it. Everyone says they didn't take it.
So yea---I am mad and of course I want to have to buy the workouts again because really I can't afford it. So instead of sitting around, I just start doing my workouts by The Firm--which are great by the way, and alternating with my treadmill.
Moving to the Confusion part:
So Thanksgiving was at my house and it was hilarious, had lots of my family over and we just had a ball.
So.....my mom tells me that she's going to stay the night and help me clean up.
She's in my kitchen, I am in my living room picking up my kids toys and what not, and I look up at my tv and guess what is sitting back on top of my tv???
My P90X workouts! My mom says she thinks she knows who took them and told me that they would call me to apologize-----but I don't think that's going to happen.
So do I restart my workouts from where I stopped at?
Or should I just start all over again.....?
